Are you a discount firm?

Absolutely not. We offer full service and high quality in every aspect of selling your home, from professional photographers & staging assistance to complete marketing and internet coverage, detailed features sheets and measurements, color flyers,  expert negotiation, and constant advocacy for you - and communication with you  - every step of the way.

How much will you charge to list my home?

  

Our listing fee is 1.5%, for a total fee of 3.9%. There are no other hidden charges or costs from our firm. Of that total, we offer the expected  2.4% to the buying firm, unless you choose to offer more.  A firm that charges you 6% total also gives away 2.4%, in most cases, and keeps the rest.  On a $350,000 sale, you would save $7350 by listing with Amy Bytnar and NewStone Realty.

How can you do this and charge less?

  

Our business model is simple. Happy clients tell their friends and family about their experience – and that creates more happy clients for us in the future. We dont spend thousands each month buying leads or billboards, trying to convince prospective  clients to work with us, and we give that savings to you instead. The vast majority of our current business comes from satisfied clients who have worked with us in the past.

Why do you give part of your commission to your buyers at closing?

We would rather share with our clients than spend the difference each month on advertising to promote our name. Either way draws attention, but we would rather include you. We may not be a household name yet, but we're certainly busy. Our former buyers and sellers are our best advertisement and we’re happy to share with them. It makes closing day brighter for everyone. 

What is your service area?

  

The Amy Bytnar team has 50+ years of experience living in the Triangle and we know the area well. We do considerable business in Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Raleigh, Durham, Fuquay Varina, and surrounding towns, but our service area can stretch from Hillsborough to Clayton in a single day. Many of our clients do repeat business with our team and we do our best to serve them where they are – and where they’re going.
